Donna Morris CPA - Senior Accountant

Donna is our longest serving member of the firm joining Bruce Edmunds & Associates in June 1994. Having three children Donna works on a part-time basis continuing to meet the accounting, taxation and business needs of our clients. Donna’s work also takes in many Estate Agent, Solicitors trust accounts and other statutory audits. 

 Ian C Cross - Cert Acc, B Com, Grad Dip (ICAA), M Acc, CA PNA WSCPA

Ian has been in Public Practice providing taxation, business and assurance services mostly to small to medium sizes enterprises since the late 1970’s.

He has the experience, skill and qualifications to provide solutions to suit your business and taxation needs. Solutions that will also enhance your ability to achieve both your individual and enterprise’s objectives.

Renata Boutsyk (Master of Accounting) CPA –Senior Accountant

Renata joined us in May 2008 and has worked in the profession since 1997 after a leap from Civil Engineering to Accounting. Renata understands business needs and can advise on appropriate accounting solutions using knowledge and skills developed after many years engaged as a Financial Controller in the industry sector.

Estelle Phillips B. Bus (Accounting) CA – Senior Accountant

Estelle commenced working in business services in 1999 at William Buck in the city. During this time Estelle completed her professional year and became a chartered accountant. Estelle has vast experience working with a wide range of clients from large listed companies to small family run business. Estelle works part time and is in the office on Wednesday and Thursday.

Kate Young B. Com - Accountant / Banklink

Kate joined the firm in August 1998 and is responsible for Banklink and the management of BAS/IAS returns in the office. She also manages the PAYG updates on the firms database and liaises with the ATO when the need arises. Kate works 4 days per week. (Not Friday)

Tina Nguyen CPA - Senior Accountant

Tina started with us in March 2010. Since 2002 Tina has applied herself to public practice with a committment to professional development and delivery of high quality services for the client. Tina specialises in financial statement and tax return preparation for individuals, small business and superannuation funds.

Cong Li CA B.Bus (Accountancy) – Accountant

Cong joined us in June 2007 after completing hisaccounting degree at Monash University with excellent results. Cong comes with a strong commitment to excellence that enables us to deliver high quality services consistently. Cong completed his CA studies in March 2010.

Emma Gaskell B. Bus CPA – Superannuation Accountant

Emma joined the firm in April 2008 as accountant working in the area of self managed super funds. Emma has worked in both the accounting and finance industries working for several years with PricewaterhouseCoopers where she completed a post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment. She has been working in a part time capacity since having children and is keen to apply her broad experience in a professional public practice environment.

 
Victoria Hodges B. Bus, B Info Sys CPA - Senior Accountant

Victoria joined us in November 2003. Victoria has been working in the accounting profession since 1995 and is now involved in the preparation of income tax returns and financial statements for individuals, small businesses and superannuation funds. Victoria is a mother working part time.

Clare Meng B. Com – Graduate Accountant

Clare joined the firm in July 2011. She obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree(accounting and finance) from Monash University and worked in another public practice accounting firm before joining us. She is now involved in the preparation of income tax returns and financial statements for a variety of clients. Clare is currently undertaking her CPA studies. 

Brenton Pilavakis B.Bus (Accounting)– Graduate Accountant

Having worked in the profession for a year before joining us in July 2011, Brenton has experience in accounting and taxation following the completion of his Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree at Swinburne University in 2008 majoring in Accounting and Economics/Finance. He is currently undertaking his Chartered Accountant studies.

Our Support Team

Sonia Adrians Dip Acc - Systems Administrator / Office Manager

Sonia has been with Bruce Edmunds & Associates since 1999. During this time, her role with the firm has evolved and she is now our Systems Administrator/Office Manager, a role which includes the day to day management of our sophisticated IT system. Sonia is responsible for all our in-house bookkeeping and IT support as well as client accounting software support including implementation and setup of accounting software.

Geoff Reid – Administration

Geoff commenced employment with us in July 2007. Following the successful completion of an Accounting Degree he spent 17 years with the ANZ Bank in both administration and lending management roles. More recently he has spent 8 years as an office manager and bookkeeper for a medium sized manufacturing and importing business. Geoff brings many business skills with him that can be readily applied to our support of clients.

 
Rhonda Snow - Superannuation Support

Commencing in October 2007 on a part time basis, Rhonda assists in our specialist superannuation compliance section. Rhonda previously worked for the National Australia Bank for 15 years in various administrative roles and completing her career there as a District Training Manager.

Robyn Svojtka - ASIC / Company Registers

Robyn works part time. Her main role is ASIC compliance management for client companies. She attends to ASIC lodgment requirements for over 500 companies. If you need to change your company's ASIC records then you need to speak with Robyn. 

Andrea Walsh - Administration / ASIC Support

Andrea commenced working with us in August 1994. During her tenure with us Andrea has moved from managing the front desk, our corporate registry system to eventually being office manager. Moving to part time in 2005 Andrea now performs various administration duties.

 
Lorraine Rust - Administration / Accounting Support

Lorraine commenced with Lonsdale Accounting Pty Ltd in 1987. Her roles with the firm have included client liaison, office administration and management, dealing with the Taxation Office, bookkeeping and assisting accountants with their day to day activities.  Lorraine's significant tenure brings a wealth of client knowledge to Bruce Edmunds & Associates.
